We contacted Nancy and she was very prompt at coming to our home to assess our repair needs. She quoted us a very fair price for repairing our tile floor. Her staff was very prompt arriving at our home the day the work was to be performed.
The field supervisor advised us that we might want to change the color of the sealer that we had chosen to another color that she thought would blend better witht the color of the tile. We made the recommended change and once the work was completed, we were very pleased with the results. We have subsequently sold this home and have bought a new home. We were so pleased with our previous experience with the Grout Magician, we are having the Grout Magician do some grout cleaning and sealing in our new home.
