Q. What is grout?
A. Grout is a thin mortar used for filling spaces in tile and masonry. The solidified plaster-like material seals the installations, but also can also accumulate stains that can be difficult to reach, let alone clean, when in tough-to-reach areas such as joints and corners.

Q. Is dirty grout dangerous?
A. It can be. Black mold can contribute to dirty grout and tile, which can be an extreme health hazard.

Q. Can I see photos of your work?

Q. What system do you use for tile and grout cleaning?
A. We clean with cleaner and phosphoric acid and seal..

Q. Do you clean tile grout and expoxy grout?
A. I have yet to see epoxy on any grout here. We do not work with epoxy at all. It is rubby and would cost way too much in labor to do anything with it.

Q. Do you use grout sealer? How long should it last?
A. Grout sealers are all water based and they last about 6mos at best. They need to be reapplied.

Q. Do you steam clean?
A. I am very opposed to steam. The heat and pressure will degradt the grout until it is a powderey mess. Also if the customer uses steam to clean a stained floor that we applied, their warranty will be voided.

Q. Do you guarantee services?
A. Our services are guaranteed depending on the job.

Q. How long will process take?
A. Once we have applied stain it is now non poreous and the animals urine will not penetrate.

Q. Procedure/Materials Pet friendly? Child friendly?
A. All of our products that we use are not harmful to anyone.

Q. What type of sealer is used?
A. The process takes 1 day as long as it is not a huge job. Then obviously it would take 1 more day.

Q. What chemicals are used?
A. We use 2 kinds of sealers. One is water based and the other is a permenant. The permenant is our stain that is used on garage floors to prevent spills from being absorbed in the concrete.

Q. Do you replace actual tile?
A. We can replace a tile or two. We do not replace any contractor jobs. Leave the tile thing out.

Q. What certifications do technicians/workers have?
A. In Arizona, for this kind of service the people that work for me have no certifications. Leave that out unless you want to add that I have had the same people for over 3 years. They are fast and quite efficient.

You, the buyer, may cancel this transaction at any time prior to midnight of the third day following the signing of this Agreement.

Your Grout Magician Phoenix is instructed to do only the work which is outlined on this signed work order. Due to the extreme time constraints of providing scheduled service to our customers, please do not ask your Grout Magician Phoenix to do any work other than that described above. We will be happy to schedule another appointment to do any additional work you may require.
